DRIVING DIRECTIONS Access Closing & Title Services is located in the Harris Pond Office Park at 32 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, New Hampshire. We are easily accessible from the Everett Turnpike, and can be reached by highway from all areas of New Hampshire. Detailed directions are given below. From the North: From Manchester or Routes 101 or 293, take the Everett Turnpike south toward Merrimack and Nashua, New Hampshire. Exit at Exit 10, Industrial Drive. Follow signs to Route 3 and Daniel Webster Highway. Turn right on Route 3 / Daniel Webster Highway, and drive south 1.8 miles. At the traffic light, take a right into Harris Pond Office Park. The entrance is about 3/4 of the way down the large office building. Enter under the steep pitched roof and the sign that reads Harris Pond Office Park, 32 DW Highway. Inside the door, take an immediate right. Access Closing & Title Services is in Suite 8, the door straight ahead at the end of the corridor. From the South: From Massachusetts, take Route 3 north to the New Hampshire border at Nashua. At this point, the name of the highway changes to the Everett Turnpike. In Nashua, take Exit 7E, for Route 101A and Amherst Street. At the top of the ramp, go straight across at the light. This will put you on Henri Burque Drive. Drive 1.5 miles to the end of Henri Burque Drive, and take a left onto Daniel Webster Highway. Drive 1 mile north on Daniel Webster Highway. As you approach the light, you will be passing Harris Pond Office Park on the left. At the light, take a left into the Office Park. The entrance is about 3/4 of the way down the large office building. Enter under the steep pitched roof and the sign that reads Harris Pond Office Park, 32 DW Highway.
